Strengthening Immunity and Reducing Inflammation: benefits of Ginger Tea (and how to make!)

Mental, Physical and Spiritual Health are all important for a well balanced life. Make sure you have a healthy dose of all three in your life!

This tasty tea boasts high levels of Vitamin C, magnesium and 10-gingerol and can significantly reduce inflammation, heighten immunity and relieve tension.

Here's how to make a cup! 1. Buy some fresh ginger root at your local grocery store. It's usually located near the spices or root vegetables. 2. Finely chop the ginger into small thin pieces until you have two handfuls or so- the more you chop the spicier the tea will be when it's boiled. 3. Add water (to the middle of pot) and chopped ginger into a pot and bring to a boil. Let the mix boil for 10 minutes and then turn off the burner and let cool for several minutes. 4. Pour the mix through a strainer (or just directly into cup if you don't mind the ginger pieces) and add honey, lemon, or cinnamon to your cup and enjoy!
