New Patient Guide

Welcome to Mesa Guidance Psychiatry,


Below are instructions for your upcoming appointment as well as general information for future appointments and care.


Accessing your Appointment

All sessions are conducted via Telehealth using the secure platform Doxy.me. You can access all of your appointments by navigating to the Virtual Waiting Room found on the Patient Portal. The waiting room link is the same for all of your appointments and can always be found from the Patient Portal on our main webpage. You will not need a new link for each appointment. Please arrive in the Virtual Waiting Room 5 minutes before your session time and Dr. Lubinsky will be notified to begin the session.


Cancelations

If for any reason you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please allow 48 hours of notice to cancel/reschedule by reaching out via phone, email, or text found on our webpage and here:

Missed appointments will be charged at 50% of visit cost and are not reimbursable by insurance.


Running Late

If you are running a few minutes behind your scheduled appointment time, please text the automated appointment reminder number to let us know (the number your appointment reminder was sent from). Appointment delays later than 15 minutes with no communication will be rescheduled.

Billing

If you need to update your payment information or have a billing question, please email accounts@mesaguidance.com


Medication Refills

If you are low on medication and do not have an appointment scheduled before you'll run out, email Dr. Lubinsky at drlubinsky@mesaguidance.com at least 14 days before you'll run out. Due to med shortages and staffing issues at some pharmacies, this allows enough time to ensure you'll get your refill.
